About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Culinary Lead to join our team at CAVA - Creeks at Virginia Centre. As a Culinary Lead, you will be responsible for leading and developing the grill and prep teams, ensuring the highest quality of food and service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the grill and prep teams to achieve exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Ensure seamless restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve restaurant performance.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a strong track record of leading and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a dynamic kitchen environment.
