We're seeking an exceptional sales leader to drive revenue growth for LTX Studio, our flagship product revolutionizing storytelling with GenAI technology.

As a Sales Director, you'll own the entire sales cycle, from demand generation to deal closure, developing plans and strategies to achieve sales goals. You'll build relationships with strategic partners and vendors, collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, and help build our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and playbooks.
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners and vendors.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to find LTX Studio's product/market fit.
  • Help build and onboard sales teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience selling software solutions to the Media & Entertainment industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting sales targets.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in building and onboarding sales teams.
  • Experience in selling editing tools or similar technologies for Pre & Post Production.
  • Familiarity with generative AI technology and its applications.

  • Expected base salary range is $160,000-$200,000 [plus commission].
