Associate Account Sales Executive

The Associate Account Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in fostering business relationships and driving incremental CRM revenue growth for CDK clients through face-to-face sales interactions. Working in tandem with channel partners, this role aims to expand CDK's share of wallet within the existing client base. The successful candidate will achieve annual assigned sales targets, working under the guidance of the Director of Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Under the guidance of the Director of Sales, set clear, measurable performance goals to achieve a sales quota:
    • Identify new opportunities for our CRM with existing customers currently using our DMS (Dealer Management System)
    • Grow and maintain existing accounts
    • Generate significant revenue and profit growth utilizing a disciplined and process-oriented approach
  • Collaborate with internal teams throughout the sales and implementation process
Qualifications & Job Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of demonstrated ability in building and maintaining client relationships in a B2B sales environment
  • Automotive retail experience
  • Experience using consultative solution selling to align client business needs with a solution
  • Experience in negotiating and closing sales opportunities
  • Ability to manage a sales process and provide customer support based on client needs
  • 75% travel with overnight travel expected
Preferred Attributes & Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of CDK CRM software - highly preferred
  • Initiative and self-starter
Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred, not required
  • Business to business sales experience, preferably 12 months minimum

CDK Global offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $65,000, commissions, and benefits.
