Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Coffee Sales Advisor to join our team as a Nespresso representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, showcasing the latest advancements in brewing technology, and driving sales of Nespresso's premium line of espresso and coffee machines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customers with a comprehensive Nespresso experience, including coffee tastings, engaging machine demonstrations, and personalized product recommendations.
  • Increase product sales and machine registrations through best-in-class demos, product knowledge, and coffee expertise.
  • Train store associates to communicate Nespresso information with confidence and accuracy.
  • Operate the Nespresso Trade mobile app to register machine purchases and coffee orders.
  • Maintain a clean and functional demo area, adhering to proper hygiene requirements and visual standards.
Requirements
  • Retail, sales, or training-related experience.
  • Passion for coffee-related beverages.
  • Previous food demonstration experience is a plus.
  • Engaging attitude with superior interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable presenting to individuals and groups.
