Job Summary

As a Sales Associate at Madewell, you will be the face of the brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers. You will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with customers, and working collaboratively with your team to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience in the store.
  • Drive sales by building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and making recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve business goals, including sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting store environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and styling ideas.

Hourly Range: $18.50

The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region of work premises, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. The base salary is just one component of Madewell's competitive total rewards strategy that also includes the opportunity for bonus, competitive benefits and perks.
