Job Title: Office Assistant

Join The Villages team as an Office Assistant and contribute to the success of our Sales Department. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to licensed real estate professionals, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative assistance to Sales Representatives, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing necessary paperwork.
  • Interact with internal departments to coordinate Representative and customer needs, maintaining customer accounts and sales databases.
  • Assist with inventory maintenance, file management, and other general organizational tasks as requested.
  • Coordinate advertising efforts and special event planning with the Marketing Team.
  • Use office computers, technology, and software applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Management Systems.
  • Assist leadership in on-going training of new team members and attend meetings and continuing education opportunities to maintain learning and growth.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one (1) year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant preferred but not required.
  • Must be proficient in Outlook, functional in Excel and Word.
  • Experience with I-series, Lasso, or customer management software programs a plus.
