• Create monthly reports to provide insights into our operations and identify areas for improvement.
• Install updates and price lists to ensure our systems are up-to-date and efficient.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
• Manage the time tracking program (Softclock) to ensure accurate tracking of employee hours.
• Create new employee profiles and enter absences to maintain accurate records.
• Track time for performance-based pay to ensure fairness and transparency.
• Print trial work cards for inspection by supervisors to ensure quality control.
• Create and send service invoices to our customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Submit warranty claims to Daimler Truck AG and verify credits to ensure our customers receive the best possible service.
• Match delivery notes from parts suppliers with invoices to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
• Create customer and vehicle profiles to maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage Tüv appointments to ensure our vehicles are properly maintained and inspected.
• Maintain master data to ensure our systems are accurate and up-to-date.
• Operate the telephone switchboard to provide excellent customer service and answer inquiries.
Requirements:
• Commercial training or experience in the above-mentioned tasks.
• Affinity for numbers and attention to detail.
• High level of organizational skills and ability to multitask.
