We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Your role will include processing orders, managing modifications, and escalating concerns through multiple communication channels. A calm demeanor is essential, especially when addressing customer frustrations, and proficiency with technology is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers at all times.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries across various platforms.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through different channels.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of our products to address customer questions.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Coordinate with colleagues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide constructive feedback on the customer service process.
  • Oversee a team of junior customer service representatives.
  • Ensure overall customer satisfaction and deliver professional support.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to remain composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers.
  • Comfortable and proficient in using computers.
  • Experience in customer support roles is preferred.
