Position Summary

We are looking for a Client Service Associate to become a vital part of our Branch office team. The main duties involve providing exceptional service to clients, marketing initiatives, scheduling and prioritizing meetings, managing databases, and offering general organizational support, alongside direct client interactions. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive approach to anticipate business requirements and will take on various project-oriented tasks as needed. This position requires handling sensitive and critical information and preparing data for discussions and meetings with executive personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate high-quality analytical reports utilizing various software applications.
  • Organize daily tasks, monitor project progress and deadlines, manage phone communications, take messages, and coordinate appointments.
  • Assist clients with diverse needs and inquiries.
  • Quickly acquire knowledge of forms and account procedures to effectively support clients.
  • Show initiative and a desire to deepen understanding of relevant rules, regulations, and concepts.
  • Strengthen relationships with advisors through prompt and accurate responses, maintaining integrity and respect in all interactions.
  • Manage a database of contacts and associates.
  • Oversee marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned.
  • Collaborate with other support team members, Financial Advisors, and Management within the local office.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in Finance, Broker-Dealer, or Investment sectors.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a willingness to obtain licensure will be considered.
  • Must demonstrate a collaborative spirit with a proactive, positive, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain utmost confidentiality.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Exhibit accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of daily responsibilities.
  • Capable of engaging professionally and articulately with employees, vendors, and clients in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Able to meet established deadlines and perform effectively in a high-pressure environment.
