OBJECTIVE:
This position is tasked with generating high-quality leads through direct outreach efforts, specifically door-to-door canvassing.

It is essential for the canvasser to accurately document information about potential customers and the targeted market area.

Individuals in this role will also qualify for a monthly driving incentive with mileage reimbursement based on usage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Proactively generate leads while conducting door-to-door campaigns in designated territories, creating qualified sales opportunities as directed by the Canvassing Program Manager.

Travel independently to assigned areas, consistently representing Renewal by Andersen with professionalism.

Utilize the Renewal by Andersen mapping system and business applications to maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and data tracking.

Maintain a courteous demeanor, present a neat appearance, and wear the appropriate uniform with necessary permits at all times. Attend company meetings as required. Share insights with the Canvassing Program Manager to enhance the effectiveness of the canvassing program policies. Master the Renewal by Andersen methodology, product offerings, and current promotions. Become an expert in Signature Service.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
Minimum age of 21 to qualify for company driving insurance
Reliable transportation for navigating the territory
Strong verbal communication skills
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Able to use multiple platforms on tablets
Physically capable of standing and walking 3 to 5 miles daily
