Position Overview

This role offers uncapped commission alongside a base salary. Successful candidates can expect to earn over $80,000-90,000 in on-target earnings (OTE) during their first year. The base pay starts at $20 per hour, influenced by various factors such as experience, education, and location.


Incentives:

This position includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus. The primary responsibility is to generate high-quality leads through door-to-door canvassing. You will also be tasked with accurately recording data about prospective customers and the targeted market area.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively generate leads through door-to-door outreach in designated territories, creating qualified sales opportunities as directed by the Canvassing Program Manager.
  • Independently travel to assigned areas while representing Renewal by Andersen with professionalism.
  • Utilize mapping tools and business applications to maintain accurate records of outreach efforts.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to local permitting requirements at all times.
  • Participate in company meetings and communicate ideas for improving the effectiveness of the canvassing program.
  • Master the methodologies, products, and promotional offerings of Renewal by Andersen.
