Key Responsibilities
● Collaborate across all Marketing Functions, primarily engaging with
Marketing Technology, Deployment, Data Analytics, and Data Engineering.
● Engage with critical cross-departmental stakeholders: Legal, Data Analytics, Data Engineering,
Customer Experience & Product, Paid Media.
● Foster a culture of excellence by working alongside Marketing leadership to create a
scalable operational framework that enhances process efficiencies and simplification.
● Develop, implement, and sustain campaign toolkits, trackers, and templates that consistently
enhance the output and effectiveness of marketing team initiatives.
● Assist in the planning and objective-setting processes, reporting, and communication
cadences as defined by the scope of the assigned program.
● Oversee marketing information and archiving systems, ensuring documentation is current, files are properly archived, and that they accurately reflect status and content.
● Facilitate meetings to ensure effective information exchange and understanding across teams -
creating and managing agendas, action items, and follow-ups.
● Support the budget management and tracking processes specific to the program area.
● Onboard, coordinate, and nurture relationships with both internal partners and external
vendors and agencies relevant to the program area.
● Demonstrate the ability to delve into details, manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, and engage in hands-on work.
Qualifications
● A minimum of 4 years of experience in program and/or project management within a highly regulated
sector (such as Fintech, Technology, or Healthcare technology) with close collaboration with
marketing technology, data analytics, data engineering, and other essential cross-functional
teams.
● Exhibit exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
● Capable of quickly organizing information at a high level to address potential
roadblocks, define optimal paths forward, and communicate trade-offs when necessary.
● Strong analytical capabilities - able to analyze and interpret data to guide marketing decisions
and identify risks in projects and programs early to implement mitigation strategies.
● Experience in independently driving work in a dynamic environment, comfortable navigating ambiguity.
● A diligent work ethic and the ability to adapt swiftly while managing multiple projects
concurrently.
● Understanding of audience segmentation and build-out processes (i.e., briefing Data
Analytics, Marketing Technology, and Engineering teams).
● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
● The ideal candidate will cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders.
● A passion for democratizing finance and a profound understanding of the organization's mission,
products, and target audience.
