Job Summary

The IT Project Analyst is responsible for delivering exceptional service excellence by leveraging people, processes, and technology to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiates, plans, executes, controls, and closes ERP implementation program initiatives in accordance with the established Project Management Methodology.
  • Collaborates with Program Director, Project Managers, Business Leads, Subject Matter Experts, and Business Stakeholders to define project objectives and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Utilizes leadership skills, sound independent judgment, and discretion to positively impact project teams and overall project success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Alternatively, a minimum of eight years of relevant experience can be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum two years of direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of project delivery, is required.
  • Minimum of one year of Healthcare experience is preferred.
Skills and Knowledge
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of computer hardware, applications, networks, and operating systems.
  • Knowledge and understanding of related Information Technology trends.
  • Expert knowledge of project management software, such as MS Project, Access, and other project management tools for task tracking and team collaboration efforts.
  • Excellent analytic, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Able to organize technical work, demonstrate excellent planning, problem-solving, analysis, documentation, presentation, and organization skills.
Licensures and Certifications
  • Valid Driver's License is required at the time of hire.
