Job Summary:

The Construction Project Manager at Loma Linda University Medical Center is responsible for managing the design and construction of projects for all LLU and LLUSS associated facilities. This includes planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction activities to ensure timely and within-budget completion.


Key Responsibilities:

• Prepares and maintains project records and information, including contracts, budgets, schedules, and meeting minutes.
• Assures construction conforms to project documents and coordinates with other institutional operations.
• Performs other duties as needed.


Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of college-level technical education in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Minimum three years of experience in construction supervision or equivalent.


Skills and Abilities:

• Able to read and understand blueprints and computer-generated documents.
• Proficient in using computer software programs necessary for the position, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to relate and communicate positively with others.


Licensures and Certifications:

Valid Driver's License required at time of hire.
