LAZ Parking Midwest, LLC is seeking an Operations Leadership Manager. This role is essential in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of our assigned portfolio, ensuring effective parking management around the clock.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Operations Contact:
Act as the main point of contact for all operational inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up on questions and issues.

Personnel Performance Management:
Oversee the performance of assistant managers and staff, ensuring compliance with contracts and revenue processes.

Employee Relations:
Manage talent acquisition, retention, motivation, labor relations, and workforce planning.

Operational Oversight:
Ensure successful operations by adhering to corporate policies, managing expenses and revenues, and monitoring service performance metrics.

Operational Data Management:
Collect, maintain, and report on all operational data in collaboration with the airport Division and Regional Team.

Safety and Security:
Ensure the safety and security of customers, employees, and facilities by upholding high standards of safety and professionalism.

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to all local, regional, state, and federal regulations and standards.

Community Engagement:
Maintain a positive community presence and manage outreach activities, addressing any service delivery issues.

In this role, you will be responsible for fostering client relationships and enhancing business retention. Your efforts will focus on maximizing revenue, managing expenses, and ensuring customer satisfaction through superior service delivery.

Lead and develop a team to achieve annual goals while embodying LAZ Parking's core values. Identify and nurture high-potential employees to support our ongoing growth.

Additionally, you will plan and execute strategies for the opening of new locations within your portfolio, prepare budgets, and conduct monthly profit/loss reviews.

Organize and guide parking management practices for Assistant Managers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. You will also be responsible for generating financial and operational reports as required.

Manage, plan, schedule, train, and direct the activities of Facilities Managers and Assistant Managers.
