Job Summary

The Assistant Manager is a key leadership role responsible for providing guidance and motivation to all site personnel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business results. Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor financials, sales volume, P&L, controllable expenses, cash controls, and inventory.

  • Inspect facilities and equipment to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance.

  • Direct, model, and supervise employees engaged in sales, reconciling cash reports, and customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required.
  • One year's management experience in a fast-paced retail environment delivering exceptional customer service, preferred.
  • ServeSafe certified.
  • Experience in cash management, POS, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email.
