  • Staff Management and Development
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff and volunteers.
    • Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and feedback to ensure staff are equipped to meet the needs of our members.
  • Financial Management and Fundraising
    • Develop and manage the branch's operating budget, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.
    • Lead fundraising efforts, securing resources to support the branch's programs and services.
  • Community Engagement and Partnerships
    • Foster strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and organizations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, non-profit management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a non-profit or community-based organization.
  • Proven track record of driving strategic growth, developing high-performing teams, and securing resources to support organizational goals.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in financial management, fundraising, and program development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
