Project Management Lead - 1872 Consulting

The Project Management Lead is accountable for overseeing the project team to strategize, implement, and successfully finalize projects according to client specifications while adhering to timelines and budget constraints. This role involves planning resources and coordinating the efforts of all relevant personnel to deliver projects effectively. Establish project goals and ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain ongoing communication with clients through various channels including phone, in-person meetings, and email correspondence. Collaborate with other departments and engage with customer-centric teams. Mentor, train, guide, and communicate Project Management methodologies and organizational objectives. Execute PM staffing strategies and cultivate cooperative relationships across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the overall success, quality, and budget adherence of all projects
  • Establish project goals and maintain quality assurance throughout the project duration
  • Develop and mentor Project Managers, set objectives, contractual obligations, and personnel assignments
  • Assess and enhance systems and processes to effectively meet project demands and profitability targets
  • Oversee contracts, machine specifications, timelines, and financial plans
  • Manage client expectations
  • Collaborate with internal or external sales representatives
  • Prioritize accuracy and process consistency to streamline project timelines
  • Guide the Purchasing Department on all equipment needs
  • Remove any obstacles to productivity
  • Communicate and clarify the objectives of the Project team
  • Develop new and refine existing project management policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Project Management
  • Experience in Operations Management
  • PMP certification
