As the Senior Project Controls Lead, you will be responsible for the development and upkeep of the methodologies and systems essential for efficient planning, scheduling, and oversight of the project.

Your responsibilities will include managing the project controls team, which encompasses direct reports in planning, cost management, estimation, and risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and uphold project controls governance frameworks at the functional level to facilitate project delivery.

• Clearly delineate the roles and responsibilities of the project controls discipline in alignment with the overall project organization.

• Lead the Project Controls team effectively.

• Develop the processes, systems, and methodologies to plan, monitor, control, and report on project delivery in terms of schedule, time, and budget.

• Define control structures such as work breakdown structures, control accounts, and resource libraries.

• Establish performance baselines and processes for measuring progress against the initial position regarding schedule, time, and budget.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:
• Experience in the Nuclear or similarly regulated industries.

• Proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM).

• Proven ability to cultivate and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and methodical skills.

• A positive and proactive attitude.

• Capability to work independently without constant supervision.

• Experience in comprehensive EVM implementation across high-value contracts.
