About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Project Manager to join our team at JP Cullen. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems on our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • MEP System Coordination: Work closely with the project team to ensure timely resolution of design and construction issues related to MEP systems.
  • Project Leadership: Lead the effort to ensure compliance with design, schedule, and budget requirements for MEP systems.
  • Subcontractor Management: Manage and lead MEP subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle, from preconstruction to commissioning and turnover.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors, subcontractors, commissioning agents, and design team members.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Four-year college degree in Construction Management or MEP Engineering, or completion of an apprenticeship with at least four years of field and managerial experience.
  • MEP Knowledge and Skills: Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering concepts, as well as applicable codes and regulations.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate, diplomatically influence, and lead teams.
