Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Project Manager for our Survey Division in the Wisconsin region. This role involves planning, directing, and overseeing various projects, which encompass cost estimation, strategic planning, effective execution, quality assurance, and related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Survey Project Management Lead, your responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating project needs and formulating a robust strategy to fulfill the requirements of both the project and the client, including stamping and signing surveys as the Surveyor in Responsible Charge for property surveys.
  • Preparing and reviewing proposals, budgets, and invoices while mentoring and training other members of the Survey team. Experience with WisDOT survey and right-of-way plat is preferred.
  • Maintaining client relationships and ensuring adherence to specifications.

The selected candidate may qualify for a substantial signing bonus.

Qualifications:

Successful candidates will possess:

  • A valid Wisconsin P.L.S. license.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management.
  • Five (5) years of field survey experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office software.
  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Surveying or Civil Engineering is preferred.
