Job Title: Proposal Manager

At American Structurepoint INC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Proposal Manager to join our Marketing + Communications Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading proposal development for our largest and most complex pursuits across all office locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage proposal teams to create high-quality architecture and engineering proposals, qualification documents, and presentations.
  • Advise proposal coordinators on key pursuits to ensure timely and effective proposal development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to compile necessary information and develop proposals, presentations, and qualifications.
  • Provide quality control and assurance reviews of proposal deliverables to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Communicate with all levels of the organization, including executives, engineers, architects, project managers, and technical staff.
  • Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks to ensure successful proposal outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Business, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Software.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and ability to rework technical content for a wider audience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Five or more years of proposal development experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
  • Five or more years of experience developing and submitting proposals to various agencies across the US.
  • Proficient in the use of Deltek Vision.
