Their main goal is to execute marketing and communication strategies that align with the organization's mission and objectives for market expansion, ensuring the company maintains a stellar reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and produce high-caliber architecture and engineering (A/E) proposals and presentations for intricate projects.
  • Guide proposal coordinators on significant projects and generate top-notch A/E proposals.
  • Participate in strategic kickoff discussions, gather essential information, and collaborate with A/E partners.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of proposal documents.
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, training, and mentoring of team members.
  • Engage in effective communication across all organizational levels.
  • Oversee multiple assignments and adhere to tight deadlines.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and perform market analysis.
  • Establish key objectives, maintain brand integrity, and pursue ongoing process enhancements.
  • Review competitor proposals and attend debriefing sessions to refine future submissions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Software.
  • Capable of thriving under pressure while producing high-quality content.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  • Self-driven, innovative, and adept at managing multiple projects concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of experience in proposal development.
  • Experience in submitting proposals to various governmental agencies.
  • Familiarity with Deltek Vision software.
