Manpower Group Inc. is on the lookout for a Lead Process Improvement Engineer to enhance our dynamic team.

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the Manufacturing Engineering Division, providing essential support to various production units.

The successful candidate will be a driven and results-focused professional, equipped with outstanding analytical skills, excellent communication capabilities, and a commitment to ongoing enhancement.


Position Overview:

As a Lead Process Improvement Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and refining manufacturing workflows to ensure the efficient production of superior components and assemblies.
  • Overseeing the creation, assembly, and deployment of new machinery and tools to optimize production efficiency.
  • Promoting Lean methodologies and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Working collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams, including design engineers, production staff, and suppliers, to facilitate seamless product introductions.
  • Offering technical guidance and leadership to both internal and external teams.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
  • A proven history of managing significant projects, including new product rollouts.
  • Experience in leading teams and providing technical direction.
  • Demonstrated success in Design for Manufacturability (DFM).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to foster strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
