Key Responsibilities- Develop a strategic plan to improve Cherry Coatings' market position and drive sustainable financial growth.
- Forge strong relationships with clients, improve project forecasting, and sustain and improve pricing margin.
- Manage new business development and client retention, with a focus on developing strategic plans and pitches.
- Work with project managers to ensure prerequisites are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Attend pre-construction meetings and relay commitments to the operations team.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project and maintain a professional image.
- Strong knowledge of the market and competitors.
- Ability to identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with a team and build strong relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
