Job Title: Senior Coordinator, Philanthropy

Job Summary:

The National Park Foundation (NPF) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Coordinator, Philanthropy to provide administrative support to the Chief Philanthropy Officer and Senior Vice President. This role requires excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and discretion in handling confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Chief Philanthropy Officer and Senior Vice President, including scheduling meetings, managing complex calendars, and composing and editing correspondence.
  • Serve as principal administrative contact and liaison with NPF constituents and external contacts, including individual donors.
  • Coordinate philanthropy recruitment activities with other NPF departments and promote NPF philanthropy employees.
  • Contribute to the unit effort by accomplishing other related duties as required.

Requirements:

  • 3 years minimum work experience supporting others at the executive level. Philanthropy work experience a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Ability to handle, communicate, and manage confidential organizational and donor information with discretion.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present information effectively.
  • Strong written and grammatical skills to develop and edit written communications.
