This position will emphasize the cultivation of relationships with high-net-worth individuals, foundations, and corporations to drive significant gifts that will enhance our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential major donors.
  • Maintain a diverse portfolio of donor prospects and effectively engage new contributors.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with donors through tailored communication and events.
  • Craft persuasive proposals and lead the solicitation process.
  • Advocate for planned giving opportunities and structure transformative gifts.
  • Collaborate with teams to align donor interests with organizational objectives.
  • Track progress and manage donor interactions utilizing CRM systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of fundraising experience with a proven track record in securing major gifts.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and fundraising technology.
