Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Water and Wastewater Treatment

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Fluence Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and market penetration for our water and wastewater treatment solutions in a designated region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new business opportunity growth and market penetration for water and wastewater treatment solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including municipalities, industrial clients, engineering firms, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiation and closure of new contracts and partnerships, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with Company business objectives and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to develop compelling and competitive proposals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales funnel data using CRM tools and provide regular updates to senior management on progress, opportunities, and challenges.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or university, specializing in engineering, business management, finance, or equivalent.
  • Minimum seven (7) years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience working with remote teams is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in a project execution role within the water and wastewater municipal industry is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated strong judgment and analytical abilities guiding decision-making.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe.
