- Minimum of 3 years of experience in overseeing construction projects related to transportation.

- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- An associate's degree is advantageous.

- Certifications such as NICET, ACI concrete, and/or ATSSA are highly regarded.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of construction sites to ensure adherence to established standards, regulations, and specifications.

- Generate daily reports and confirm the accuracy of project improvements in terms of lines and grades.

- Execute quantity calculations for payment estimates and carry out labor compliance interviews as necessary.

- Liaise with contractors and project owners as required.

Compensation Structure:

Hourly wage ranges from $20 to $28.

Compensation may differ based on various factors, including individual skills, experience, and educational background.

Benefit packages for this position commence on the 31st day of employment and encompass medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, as well as access to a 401k retirement plan with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as stipulated by applicable regulations.
