Front Desk Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Front Desk Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Blue Sky Hospitality Llc. As the face of our hotel, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience from arrival to departure.
About the Role:
- Provide warm welcomes to guests, check them in, and check them out, ensuring accurate key distribution and room numbers.
- Respond promptly to incoming calls and inquiries regarding guest needs, room bookings, rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of guest account information.
- Communicate effectively with designated departments regarding guest needs and preferences.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service, front desk operations, or related fields is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for building rapport with guests.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary for efficient task completion.
- Familiarity with telephone etiquette and procedures is required.
Compensation Package:
Estimated annual salary: $45,000 - $55,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
