Customer Service Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Microtel Inn and Suites. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This includes greeting and registering guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and responding to guest requests. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with the housekeeping department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming and registering hotel guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Explaining room types and rates, and handling check-ins and check-outs
  • Responding to guest requests and resolving any issues promptly
  • Maintaining accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
  • Communicating effectively with the housekeeping department to ensure smooth operations

Salary: $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience.
