About the Role

We offer an estimated salary range of $13 - $14 hourly, based on industry standards in the Ohio Valley region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations, including processing reservations, handling guest inquiries, and resolving complaints.
  • Audit and reconcile financial records, including cash drawer activity and credit card transactions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Requirements
  • Experience as a night auditor or front desk clerk is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is preferred.
