Front Desk Hospitality Associate

Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk Hospitality Associate where you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for greeting guests, handling room assignments, and addressing their queries in a professional and courteous manner. Additionally, you will work closely with the housekeeping department to guarantee that guest rooms are prepared promptly. Your strong communication skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively will make you a valuable asset to our team.
Key Tasks:
- Welcome, register, and check-in guests at the front desk
- Process room bookings and handle guest inquiries efficiently
- Coordinate with housekeeping to prepare guest rooms
- Mitigate customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Essential Skills:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation management systems is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Age 21 or above
