About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Hotel Front Desk Attendant to join our team at Tru by Hilton Florence. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to every guest, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of perfect.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and register guests, manage their information, and provide keys and room numbers.
  • Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests' needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests.
  • Mitigate customer complaints as needed.
  • General bookkeeping: ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-date.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. You should also have experience working in the hospitality industry, preferably as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist. Additionally, you should be comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations. Our ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills, with previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.
