Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join our team at Tru by Hilton Florence. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless stay operations. Your role will involve welcoming guests, managing their information, distributing room assignments, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, you will work collaborately with our housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready and respond professionally to customer complaints as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Register, check-in, and check-out guests staying at the hotel
- Take incoming calls, online, and in-person room booking requests
- Answer questions about guests' needs, including room rates, available rooms, and amenities
- Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready
- Mitigate customer complaints as needed
Requirements:
- High school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalent
- Possesses strong customer service skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
- Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
- Has previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
- Age 21 or older
