Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient service while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Verify and update patient records accurately.
- Schedule appointments and handle co-payments.
- Verify health insurance information as required.
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a Medical Front Desk role is mandatory.
- Health Compliance: COVID vaccination or a valid medical exemption is required.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with medical terminology is essential.
- Skills: Must demonstrate reliability, quick learning ability, and proficiency in multitasking within a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
- Personal Standards: Non-smoker status and minimal exposure to heavy perfumes or animal dander are required due to the nature of the specialty.
- Experience in an Allergy clinic setting is preferred.
- Competitive salary starting at $15.00 or more, based on experience.
- Weekly pay schedule.
