Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Desktop and Mobile Device Technician to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for desktop and mobile devices in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for desktop and mobile devices, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Work with a WOW (workstation on wheels) to move around the hospital and resolve issues at various locations
  • Document assigned tasks within the Remedy ticketing system
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless delivery of technical support and maintenance services

Requirements:

  • Experience with mobile device support, including iPads and iPhones
  • Knowledge of Windows OS and computers
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to provide white glove treatment
  • Strong documentation skills
