- Provide first- and second-line support for IT issues via phone and in-person assistance.
- Perform floor walks to identify and resolve technical issues using remote control software.
- Log and escalate incidents using TOPdesk call logging software.
- Configure and support laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Train and assist with software applications, including MS Office 365, iManage, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Administer hardware and software inventory, ensuring accurate records.
- Assist with conference room setup and technical support for video conferencing equipment.
- Collaborate with the Global IT Systems team on server and network switch tasks.
- Diagnose and repair PC, laptop, and printer hardware faults.
