Job Overview

Home Delivery Logistics is seeking a skilled Customer Service Dispatcher to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing independent owner/operator contractors, dispatching and tracking shipments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate with independent contractors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Dispatch and track shipments using our proprietary dispatch/tracking systems.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with retail store managers, customers, and warehouse crew to ensure seamless logistics operations.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics, dispatching, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Word, and basic computer skills.

Working Hours:

Part-time, weekends 11am-8pm, with possible fill-in shifts during the week.

Salary: $17.00-$18.00/hour.
