Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Remote

Shift Timings: Flexible schedule

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers
  • Utilize multi-media resources to dispatch customer orders to trainers
  • Create supply orders for customers who have been trained
  • Respond to emails and messages in department mailboxes
  • Obtain updates from trainers on outstanding training sessions
  • Meet established performance metrics for quality and operational efficiency
  • Overcome objections and resolve customer issues
  • Track productivity and performance
  • Work in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to change
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Heavy data entry experience
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to use job aids and reference materials
  • Initiative and ability to multitask
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in an unstructured environment
  • Personal ownership and accountability for results
  • Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
  • Fluency in verbal and written communication
  • Customer service skills and ability to resolve issues
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-4 years of high-volume call center experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and keyboarding
  • Ability to use current technology and informatics
  • Basic understanding of company LMS
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to work at a computer workstation for extended periods
