Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and working collaboratively with our dispatch and scheduling teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with dispatch and scheduling teams to ensure customer orders are met in a timely manner
  • Monitor and respond to customer needs in real-time
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bilingual (Spanish) required
  • Previous customer service experience (2 years)
  • Previous call center experience (2 years)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
