Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Collabera is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide product and service information to customers, and make recommendations as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics for quality and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-4 years of customer service experience in a high-volume call center environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific products and services.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
