Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Energy Consultant to become a vital part of our team. The successful candidate will be tasked with performing Industrial Energy Audits, formulating energy efficiency initiatives, and collaborating closely with clients to implement solutions that yield both carbon reductions and financial savings. This position entails on-site engagements with potential travel across the country, providing the chance to tackle intricate technical projects and build robust client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive energy assessments for industrial facilities.
  • Develop and recommend energy-saving strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality assurance processes.
  • Lead energy efficiency initiatives for commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Foster strong client relationships and effectively communicate technical information.
  • Utilize data analytics and sustainability frameworks to drive project success.
  • Collaborate with team members and engage stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering (Energy, Chemical, Process, Mechanical, or Electrical).
  • At least 5 years of experience in energy consulting or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities with a focus on scoping, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Experience in leading energy efficiency projects for diverse clients.
  • Strong communication skills for conveying technical concepts to various audiences.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and sustainability practices.
  • Excellent teamwork and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Preferred Credentials

  • Certification as a Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) or Certified Energy Manager.
  • Professional Engineer license.
