Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Energy Consultant to enhance our team. The successful candidate will take charge of conducting comprehensive Industrial Energy Audits, formulating energy efficiency initiatives, and collaborating closely with clients to execute solutions that yield both carbon reductions and financial savings. This position entails on-site responsibilities with potential travel across the country, providing the chance to engage in intricate technical projects and cultivate robust client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough energy assessments and audits for industrial clients.
  • Develop and implement energy efficiency strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality assurance processes.
  • Lead energy efficiency initiatives, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, effectively communicating technical concepts.
  • Utilize data analytics and sustainability frameworks to drive project success.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering (Energy, Chemical, Process, Mechanical, or Electrical).
  • At least 5 years of experience in energy consulting or a related field.
  • Demonstrated project management expertise in scoping, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Experience in leading energy efficiency projects for commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Proficient in developing business opportunities and managing client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data tools.
  • Excellent teamwork and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Preferred Credentials

  • Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) or Certified Energy Manager.
  • Professional Engineer license.
