Key Responsibilities

  • Location & Collaboration: This full-time, remote position requires strong collaboration and communication skills. You will work closely with our Sales team, subject matter experts, client experience managers, and fellow consultants to secure new projects and drive success.
  • Expertise & Leadership: Leverage your subject matter expertise through independent research, mentor junior team members, and lead by example in various technology strategy projects, including technology landscapes, market forecasts, and technology roadmaps.
  • Project Mastery: Own projects from inception to closure. Craft compelling proposals, spearhead project execution with a small, dynamic team, and present the final deliverables to our clients, ensuring project profitability.
  • Networking & Strategy Development: Cultivate a rich network among business and scientific leaders in emerging technologies and among our diverse clientele. Play a strategic role in shaping the future direction of the Energy Group alongside our leadership team.
  • Travel: Be prepared to travel approximately 30% of the time to connect with clients and lead projects to success.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline.
  • 5-7 years of prior consulting experience in the Energy sector.
  • Exceptional team leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proven excellence in time, project, and team management in a fast-paced setting.
  • A strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, problem-solving skills, and an adaptive mindset.
  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills (Japanese, Korean, German, Spanish, or French) considered a plus.
