Front Desk Agent

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process guest check-ins and room assignments in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Accommodate special requests and provide personalized service to guests.
  • Process check-in/check-out and collect payments in compliance with cash handling, credit card processing, and accounting policies and procedures.
  • Answer inquiries about hotel services, in-house events, directions, and local attractions.
  • Assist guests with check cashing, safety boxes, additional guest room keys, and transportation.
  • Pre-register, block reservations, and take same-day and future reservations as needed.
  • Ensure the release of any Company, hotel, brand, and guest information is consistent with privacy policies, practices, and regulations.

Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • One to two years of customer contact experience.
  • Guest service, basic accounting, and familiarity with hospitality industry practices preferred.
