Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless check-in and checkout processes, maintaining high standards of customer service, and leading a team of front desk staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
  • Lead a team of front desk staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure excellent customer service
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
  • Monitor and maintain front desk supplies, equipment, and technology
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, customer service, and front desk procedures
