Front Desk Representative
Midas Hospitality is a leading hospitality company that values its people-first approach. We are seeking a dynamic Front Desk Representative to join our team at the Element hotel in St. Louis, MO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
- Issue room keys and provide directions.
- Sort incoming mail and faxes for guests.
- Answer inquiries regarding hotel services, registration, and guest concerns.
- Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts.
- Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests.
- Makes, confirms, and cancels reservations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Representative is preferred.
- Experience in a customer service industry is required.
