Front Desk Representative

Midas Hospitality is a leading hospitality company that values its people-first approach. We are seeking a dynamic Front Desk Representative to join our team at the Element hotel in St. Louis, MO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
  • Issue room keys and provide directions.
  • Sort incoming mail and faxes for guests.
  • Answer inquiries regarding hotel services, registration, and guest concerns.
  • Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts.
  • Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests.
  • Makes, confirms, and cancels reservations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Representative is preferred.
  • Experience in a customer service industry is required.
