Position Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring follow-ups as necessary.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service to clients. This includes addressing inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing inquiries.
  • Employ a customer-centric, needs-based review process to inform clients about their insurance choices.
  • Uphold a strong work ethic with a complete dedication to achieving success every day.
