Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and physically capable Janitorial Specialist to join our team at Sentral Services LLC. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and orderly environment by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming floors, cleaning windows and mirrors, and emptying trash and recycling.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as replenishing cleaning supplies, organizing storage areas, and notifying supervisors of any safety concerns or needed repairs.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a cleaning chart to track areas cleaned and inspected, and ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Physical Ability: Ability to perform physical work and operate power equipment normally found in janitorial operations.
